Expe Limited slip axle code?

Expe Limited slip axle code?
I'm looking for a 2001-2003 Expedition, and the info in the threads seems to indicate that I should be looking for H6 or H7 axle codes in the VIN number. I assume the H6 or H7 code should be in position 6 and 7 in the VIN, but I am having no luck locating an Expedition with the limited slip rear diff.
Am I looking for the wrong axle code for the 2001-2003 Exp? Or am I looking in the wrong part of the VIN?

yes, the axle code is not in the VIN, it's in the axle code box on the door decal . . .
