I need your help

Hello, I need to find a document, photo or image, or document where you see a mount front disc brakes in any f100, about 60 or 70, to justify mounting my f 100 56, in order to register the in my country.
Thank you very much in advance

Thanks for your interest, I guess no factory would be installed in those times, I used whatever is of that time, but if it is manufactured as an option but is better

Do you mean, pictures of a 50's truck that was converted to disc brakes in the 60's or 70's? Not likely, they weren't common back then.

I'm guessing if you can show that people did the conversion in the 60's or 70's, it "grandfathers" you from some licensing or inspection requirements?

I'm not completely clear in what he needs Ross but I think you may have nailed it, laws are so much different depending where you live. But I'll post another link of a 60 F100 conversion for him anyways.

Perhaps this is what he needs...
Evidence of disc brakes being on Ford trucks from the factory.
Here's a factory sales brochure from 1973 showing disc brakes as standard equipment...1973 Ford Pickups Sales Brochure - Ford Truck Fanatics

And this is a discussion from a different forum section with resident expert Bill explaining what models and when disc brakes were featured...https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post10242378

Hope this helps.

Sounds like EU countries or similar can't modify the trucks with non-stock components. Another poster last year was struggling a little with generator system and was unable to upgrade to alternator.

True, in some EU countries they are very restrictive dela when modifying a vehicle because only here can legalize as historic vehicle and require almost 100% of originality, proving only that somewhere is installed as an optional upgrade.
