I'm not sure what you need for your laws in Spain but here is a picture of my 1950 Ford F2 with disk brake kit and modern dual chamber master cylinder from CPP. This is a pretty common upgrade here in the U.S. Maybe someone has some pictures of a 1954 with this modification. CPP disk brake kit replacing front drum brakes. The rotors are same as a 1973 F100 and the calipers are the same as 1990 Chevrolet Impala.
You will probably want to replace the master cylinder with a safer dual chamber unit with power booster.
