Many Thanks to FTE
Just passing out a REALLY BIG THANKS to all the ppl at FTE... I have gleaned a LOT of info from you guys.. Mike OOOOO Number dummy, Hi0 Silver, Tbear and MANY MANY more. The reason .. I have a spare F-150 2wd rolling frame that has a few mangled cross members but still has good pieces on it. I started taking those pieces off this Morning. I started with the front end. THIS is where asking the questions came in. I had absolutely NO problems taking everything off, even the spindles. IN the right order with the right tools and help from you guys. I was apprehensive even trying to do this. BUT with your answers and the repair manuals was pretty darn easy. SO thanks again guys. Much learnt through you, FTE and common sense on my part. I also didn't even skin ANY knuckles !!!! Pops

Yep ... you sure did Tbear. The brake up grade.. I went with the F-350 rear cylinders, the dual 8" booster ( chrome ) and the bigger piston master cylinder (polished aluminum). As for the T-Bird calipers I will leave those til I need them. I had already gotten new calipers, pads and front flex lines. (3 pcs stainless steel from Paragon performance). TMI inspired the 400, the C6 is next, B&M shift kit, TCI high stall (2200) red clutches and bands, with a 9" 3.70 gear set and a power Trax loker. Should be a pretty good street machine! Thanks for the info . Pops
