NEED HELP TESTING

Ok, so I decided to just take truck to shop today, they are telling me they cant even run a contribution or buzz test because of failures, code P1668 came up after trying Buzz test and P1464 came up after doing contribution test., other research shows people are still able to at least run a buzz test, is the shop giving me a load? And any thoughts?
