This is my '69 F250 Camper Special, 390, C6, that I picked up for $400 a couple of years ago. I think it had the ranger package too. It runs and drives, but only just.
My wish list so far:
- Remove the square headlights someone installed. (gross!)
- Rebuild the 390 and C6
- I have a seat out of a mid 90's F150 that I want to have re-upholstered to resemble the factory seat.
- American Autowire wiring harness
- Classic Auto Air air conditioning.
- All brand new rubber seals
- Holley Sniper EFI
- plus much much more!
My goal is to have a good looking classic truck, that is comfortable, and fun to drive, but I can still use as a truck. I got a long way to go.

1969 F250. 240 ci in-line. Used as a farm truck. Bought it off the original owners son for $1300. Been slowly replacing worn parts. Done rear drums, master cylinder, rebuilt carb, plugs/wires/dist cap, belt, fuel filter, battery. Still needs front suspension work all bushings are dry rotted and front right king pin is shot. My boys love it.

This was at a local cars and coffee with my dad's '72. We trailered my truck up there to the glass shop with it. Little history on that truck since i've never shared anything about it. It was in a barn out in the middle of nowhere. The barn had been shut since the mid 80's when the owner passed away. Along with the truck, there was a '57 Ford Crown Victoria and two antique Schwinn bikes (bed of my truck) along with countless other pieces of history. I believe it was the original owner's nephew who sold us the truck making us the second true owners of the truck. The truck is all original paint and the interior is almost all original, we had the seat recovered with a grey velour insert and we replaced the arm rests. The old 360 unfortunately had sat so long with well water in it that it had a hole rusted between #1 cylinder and the cooling passage. We ended up building a 400 for it with headers, cam, intake, and unfortunately, a FiTech EFI. I know no one cares about the bikes since this is THE Ford Truck Forum, but the black one is a '65 Schwinn Typhoon and the green one is a '70 Schwinn Hollywood. Both are completely original down to the tires. And of course there's my truck, if you want, you can check out the build thread over here
