Column shifter detention issue
Have test driven XL RCLB & RCSB.
Have an issue when shifting from P to D.
The shifter handle wants to stop at 3 and not D.
Then have to back track to D.
Wonder if owners are having this issue?
Believe the detention notches are too close together &
D should have a larger notch than the other positions.

I have the console shifter in my Lariat, and I do the same thing. I tend to catch it before getting out of the driveway though.

I am having an issue with Reverse. When I go from D to R sometimes the truck does not go into R gear. I need to go to park and then to reverse. Otherwise the engine will just free rev. Has happened a few times so far.

When test driving the XL base trim RCSB tried to make s U turn onto a two lane street from two lane street with common center lane. No cigar
Shifted from D to R. Backed up one, then shifted to D to complete the U turn.
No shift issues.
