spark plug class action invite letter recieved
I've owned quite a few 5.4 equipped vehicles in the last 15 years so Im not sure which DMV registration got me identified for the "if you paid more than 300" to change your spark plugs, ..etc...etc.

I got the same notice. I had at least 2, probably more F150s in those years. But back then I was trading every couple of years so never racked up enough miles to need spark plugs. Even if I did, chances are good that the receipts would be long gone.

Sun Shines on every dogs behind some day. I ordered an F150 with the new 5.4, 2004 I believe. Since I put the miles on them, I was one of the first to have the issue. Ford Dealer broke them off in the heads and handed me a $3,200 bill to repair. I received the letter 2 days ago. If, only I can get the dealer that did the work to produce a copy of the receipt but that was in 2006...Man I hope they have it.

I had a 2000 F150 with 5.4. Had the plugs changed once, and had no problem with them. Not sure why I got the letter.

Lucky Day.......Just called the dealer that did the work on my plugs and they have a copy of the invoice waiting for me. If you guys had the work done at a dealership they may surprise you and be able to produce your invoice.
