I have a 1973 Ford Truck Manual with decoding information for 1973 (and some of it is still a little confusing/not very clear).
Regardless, I can maybe help a little.................

F60CCL26595
F60 = F600.
C = 330 2-V Medium Duty V8, gas.
C = Ontario Truck Assembly Plant.
L26595 = Calendar year monthly production w/sequential serial number.
(Fairly good chance it's a 1971).

More:
156 = Wheelbase, in inches.
T= Exterior color, red.
F602 = ? (Factory code).
D8 = Body Interior Trim code, black vinyl.
A = Transmission, New Process 435 4-speed.
F2 = Rear Axle Eaton model 15201 (15,000 Lb.) 2-speed, 5.83/8.12 Ratios.
(no 3rd digit most likely means 5000 Lb. manual steering front axle).
20,000 = Max. G.V.W.R., Lbs.
164 = ?
3800 = ?
535247 = District Sales Office that ordered the truck:
(53 - Kansas City). (5247 - Sequential Order #).

Without a 1971 manual, I can't guarantee that any or all of the above info. is 100% correct. But there's still a very good chance that most of it is.
