Need heat..

Hello brothers and sisters, I have a 1997 F250 xlt, light duty ,seven lug Wheels,With a 5.4 V8 gas motor. It was a newer style for that year. I believe they had an old-style and a new style come out on the same year?. But anyhow, I'm having?Problems with no heat inside the cab. The temperature gauge reads normal, the hot water hoses into the heater core in and out feel the same.hot, The system seems to be pressurizing,All the hoses feels warm. I thought I read somewhere about a control device behind the dashs, I was wondering if anybody could help an old brother out with some information? The truck has 225,000 miles on it still runs well, we use it for our plow truck On a 2000 foot driveway. Please help, Thanks. D.W

Does the blower motor work? Can you still switch air flow between the floor, vents and defrost vents?

This could be the blend door or its drive motor having failed----wouldn't be uncommon for that vintage of vehicle.
