I'm sure dying when opening the hood was coincidence.

Low fuel pressure would be more noticeable under acceleration, but also great place to check.
It wanted to die and than when I opened the hood it started to act normal. When I'm trying to retrieve that code the truck shut down. If I shut the truck off the codes won't stay so I won't be able to read them

But it will stall and than it will start back up and run for about ten minutes before acting up again

^^^^^ +1; generic OBD-II scanner will stall the engine when you attempt to obtain diagnostic codes. You need a device that communicates with the non-standard OBS PSD protocols.
