Number Dummy - heater box help please.

1962 F100 223

I appear to be missing parts. I have a poor copy of a parts book illustration which shows an assembly group # 18B259 (?) which consists of a box connected to an air outlet by a corrugated tube. Looks like three parts. Can you identify them from that description? It all goes onto the right side of the
heater box and looks like it provides fresh air to the core.

Thank you.....

Number Dummy still some question in my mind.

The picture I had was the lower one. But that is not for a 62. The upper picture is. But that would seem to indicate I have all the parts and that the heater core is left exposed on the end which doesn't seem logical. And there are numerous screw holes which would seem to indicate a cover of some sort. Is there no cover?

Thank you

Upper pic is the economy recirculating heater used 1961/64, bottom is the deluxe fresh air heater used 1961/64.

Upper pic isn't shown in 1964/72 catalog, lower pic not shown in 1957/63 catalog, but the parts are.

I'm afraid I might have to hijack this thread for a second.

Bill, does anyone that sells that 18A637 part (the tube that goes to the left defroster opening)? Mine disintegrated where it connects to the underside of the dash.

I'm sorry for the hijack.

You ought to buy yourself a catalog. Best $22 I've ever spent.

Some of the C1TZ-18B259-A available NOS.

C1TZ-18B259-A | RearCounter.com | 3 found at 3 sellers

NOS Parts LTD is asking $24.39. Rodney is a good guy. Just talked to him yesterday for some other stuff.

TA455HO - Thanks - had it on disc and it crashed. That number C1tz_18b259-A is the duct. Do you have the number for the heater box extension which it attaches to?
Thanks for your help
