Okay. 1961 unibody. Once you hit about 30mph the passenger wheel starts wobbling horrible. Steering wheel jumping with it naturally. I don't believe it's the tire or rim. What would the next thing to check be?

Get the truck (safely) up on a jack and start inspecting. Could be any number of things. King pins? Make sure bearings are serviceable and preload is correct, etc.
