a lot... not the turns of the wheel.. the space to make this 250 turn..
My Ram could turn a hard 90 degree right into the car port..
the F 250 is a 3 point turn... No joke.
but to be fair.. the ram was a 1500 short bed with rack and pinion steering.
F 250 long bed... has reciprocating ball steering.
True. There can be as much as a 20 foot difference in turning circle diameter between a wide track front end and a regular track front end. My truck has a 70 foot turning circle diameter. Ford reduced that turn circle diameter down to just 50 feet with the wide track (Fat Boy/Super 60) axle installed on the exact same wheelbase and cab configuration.
