Decided to create an account for my 2008 F250 I bought last month. Pretty interesting, it gives you 'FSAs' Field Service Actions when you enter your VIN. I had two, one for a warranty extension for the 'catalyst Y-pipe' for 11 years or 120,000 miles, and one more on advice to keep the front tires at proper inflation so the wobble doesn't occur. Both had coded numbers. I called the telephone number and the woman gave me all kinds of good information like warranty date, warranty miles, and a recall that was fixed for some seat bracket at the dealer before it was sold. She also told me that although it was manufactured in 04/07/07, the warranty start date was 07/2008 with 121 miles on it. She didn't have the dealer service history but suggested I call the originating dealer in CT who would give me all their records. I called and the service manager is supposed to get back to me. Check your truck out if you have active FSAs, I believe the dealer will take care of them if applicable.
