Brakes lock up

Brakes lock up
I'm new to forums, I have a 1991 7.3 f250. I had a brake cylinder on the back right go out so I replaced it and everything was fine and then like a week later I had to get on the brakes fairly hard not hard enough to lock the brakes down, but my back right tire locked up, it was the only one to lock up, Idk why it would be doin this help please

Brake shoes get contaminated with brake fluid? If so replace them.
