What else should I do while I'm flushing?
Replaced air filter
Going to flush coolant
Remove and rinse radiator
Replace cracked coolant overflow tank
Replace thermostat (203*!) and thermostat housing (yeah, old one is WASTED.)
Replace upper (and probably lower) radiator hoses. The top one made a cracking sound when I squeezed it. No telling what the bottom one is like...
What else should I do while I got the engine bay popped open and the truck front end raised?
This is on my new2me truck so I'm just going blind replacing pretty much everything. Fuel filter will be next once I figure out if I have a capped or capless filter.

Year, mileage and engine?
2 or 4WD?
If it's 4WD and diesel:
Both diffs
Tranny fluid
Transfer case
Check radiator hoses
Check the hose that fills the overflow from the bottom
S-belt
Flush brake fluid
That should keep you busy tomorrow afternoon!

Going to a 203º thermostat and replacing the housing sounds to me like a 7.3 diesel job. If so, I followed the instructions in this link with excellent results. It's even got some of the part numbers for items you named listed.
