Swapping a cluster originally intended for '99-01 F250 into an '03 E250, gasser motors in both, no 4x4 in the van chassis.
Looking at the F250 EVTM I'm seeing connector #'s C224, C225 & C226 however the back of the cluster has the mating connections labeled A, B & C. Because C224 is 16 pins that's easy enough, goes into position B.
I need to know where C225 & C226 goes, into Pos A or C?
Not a huge issue but changing my chassis wiring will be a bit easier if I know this.
The 12-pin connectors are INDEXED differently to prevent the wrong connector to be inserted. If a connector does not fit into one hole, turn it around, if it still does not fit, try the other hole and if it does not fit, turn it around again. This is also based on the assumption the cluster swap is going to work to begin with, but that is not what you asked. All I mean is that the swap may not work and the connectors, while they look the same may be different due to the difference in model and model year. Hope it works for you.

Thanks and I do know all of this going into the project right off. I appreciate the reply but was looking for something more specific as outlined in the OP.
