So you now have a 3/8" opening to your fuel system? Or did you reuse the pickup foot? What did you find when you dropped the tank? I ask because you can search for F250_ (Pete's) forensic examination of the fuel pump it has a nonserviceable screen inside which is also capable of clogging.

I think whatever the tubing on the sender is. 5/16 I think
Not that it is your particular problem, but the concern about just running straight tube into the tank is that if a piece of foil from an additive or other debris gets sucked up against the tube, it can block it. That's why a lot of the guys here keep the foot and the foot screen (or get a new one) and push the tube past that little duckbill inlet. The foot is shaped like a bugle and has a very coarse screen and the area of the screen is much larger than the area of the opening of just the straight tube.
The reason I asked what debris you found when you dropped the tank is cause it could be clogging up the nonserviceable screen in the fuel pump. Some guys here have had success blowing air from the line at the fuel bowl back to the pump to the tank with the fuel fill cap off. If it runs ok after that, there is some debris somewhere along the fuel system.
That's all I got. Others can help you better from here, but they would probably like to see some codes pulled.
If you find something wrong, please come back and tell us.
When you fix the problem, please come back and tell us what it was.

Thanks for the concern bud, but my tank was mostly clear. Just did the mods because I had a filter I put on frame pre pump. Fuel pump is brand new.
I am having local guy making some hard lines to do my own fuel bowl delete. Tired of messing with it
