I am looking fo a new ICP sensor, don't need it right now but would like to have one as a standby. The problem is that I see them on the net for anywhere between $50 and $250 each. What should I be looking for?

OEM or die! Well... the truck stalls with aftermarket.
Riffraff Diesel has 'em.
To clarify: Some aftermarket ICP sensors are susceptible to Radio Frequency interference. You can be driving along and pass a radio tower, then just stall. So... if you don't want to be left on the line in a drag race with a girl's R/C Barbiemobile... you might consider OEM.
Thanks to all. Have one on the way, cheapest I could find for an OEM was $129. I will be adding it to my broke-down on the side of the road survival kit.
