Ford 400 no fire. Help

I just put my 400 back in my truck. Went to start it it would fire and kinda run. First the carb was for a 302 so it would not run very well. I put the carb for it back on and it fired a couple times now nothing. It has spark. I thought I flooded it so I let it sit all weekend. Today no fire at all pore a little gas down carb. Nothing just cranks I'm at a loss now. Any info will help thx

^^ This. Yellow-Red spark or, Blue-ish spark with an audible SNAP every time it fires.
