like the title reads, i am wondering if the 02 has a lighting control module.
i lost headlights and fog lights last night
all fuses are good, all bulbs are good, and power is going into and out of the headlight switch.
but no power to the headlights or fog lights.
i tagged into the output wires on the light switch to trigger 60 amp relays, and drew power for the relays off the batteries to get the lights working again.
Mine was a Texas truck, so had no DRL module. An after market one was installed to meet Canadian law. It went and caused what you are experiencing. So if its a Canadian truck, it will have a module, if not it will not.
Your going to need to see if power is on the outlet side of the headlight fuse. Power goes from the light switch to the relay to the fuse to the lights. So power at the switch outlet is not a clue. Is power exiting the box (fuse)? Then test that wire for continuity to the lights. Also check your grounds. In fact I would check the grounds first. That's real common.

all fuses are good and power is coming out of the fuse box. power is also coming out of the light switch, just not out front to the lights.

that is what i thought. i guess it will stay bypassed and wired up with the relays like i currently have it.
