OK. I guess the information you guys have might help others. I know that I've learned a few new parts resources, and am very grateful for that.
Regardless, the check arms were in fact pushed into the doors and are now firmly re-attached in their check position. I never even knew that they could be pushed into the doors, and had thought that you could only unclip them. I guess that is something else I learned as well.
Thanks again for all the help. I only wish it were always that easy of a solution.
