Steering play

Hi, I have a 2000 Ford F250 V10 with a steering issue. It has play in the wheel even while parked. I placed a camera under the car to see if the steering box was moving the steering components as I rocked the steering wheel back and forth about 1/8 to the point where the tires just started to turn. I noticed that something may be loose between the pitman arm and drag link or is this a steering box issue?

FYI, nothing can be moved by hand.
Also put the front end up in air and did the shaking wheel test.

Here is a link to the video,

Any help on what to do would be appreciated

Thanks!

Try to adjust your steering box in increments of a 1/4 turns
