Dizzy oring leak

I noticed that my distributor was leaking oil, so I changed the o-ring, thinking "well, that was easy enough" Wrong. It is still leaking and flowing down and coating my tranny and even rear end with oil. Did I miss something? I pulled the dizzy out, pulled off the old o-ring with a pair of needle noses, and put the new one on and buttoned her back up. It still leaks about a quart every 500 miles. Can't figure it out. Took it to the pressure washer, andI know that it leaks from the distributor. any suggestions??
