Overrboost Code Regulator [LINK]

Many chips don't need this to prevent an overboost code - but the MAP sensor has a physical pressure limit before you overdo it. The MAX boost is just shy of 35 PSI before the MAP sensor has an issue, and 400 HP with a proper turbo will pop that.

Cookie88... Whaddya tawkin about? The Kim Lux Kit was around 15 years ago! (I wonder whatever happened to him. I wonder if anyone is still waiting for their kit.)


Rippenbass... Unexplained acronyms kill me too. I've been around Ford diesels for more than 20 years, and I never heard of the acronym "OCR" until today.

TJBradney... congrats on getting married! That life event alone would cause me to seriously question how much dough I was dumping under the hood.

But separate and apart from that, I have another much smaller question: You only have 130K miles on your Ex... and you are already having to replace injectors? Why?

Are the plungers and barrels and solenoids of your injectors really that worn out? Or do you just need new O-rings? Or is this purely a power play?

And, the injectors listed in your sig are already Swamp 200cc/30%. So are the new injectors actually your second set of Swamp 200/30s? Making this really the third set of injectors (counting the OEM ones) in only 130K miles?

Something doesn't seem right with that short of life. I would expect a decent set of HEUI injectors to last 200K.

Thread was started in September of 2015, so he probably updated his signature when he got it done.
