Headlight conversion
I'm having some issues with my 04 Lincoln nav's headlights... I think it's almost the same price to convert over to projector lights with a much nicer look and better performance. Problem is for the Navigator the projector light pak is over $500! I can get a much better price if I but for the Expedition. Question is: Can I buy the expedition headlights for my Nav? From the face the lights look identical to me... I'm thinking the Expedition lights should physically bolt right into my Nav. I just don't want to buy just to find out that it doesn't fit... I know that I will have to do some electrical/wiring work on the back of the light to get it to work. that I'm NOT worried about. Thanks in advance for the feedback!

You can get HID bi xenon projectors that go in where the regular bulb does.
Have you considered that?
Sometimes you have to do a little surgery to get the projector to fit in the housing but it's worth it.

I don't have any.
You just fit the projector in like a bulb and grind away where it doesn't fit, pretty easy.
Then there's the wiring to the standard harness but that does come with instructions.
This is how one guy did it, not sure what kind of car it is.
I had no trouble getting the lens off my Explorer headlights, I didn't have to heat it.

If they were the same there would only be the one option with the same part number for both vehicles, and one price.
