The one piece headlight/park light units look great, but I have to have excellent lights as I drive in rural areas with dark two lane roads and deer jumping out from everywhere. I have two questions:
1. Are the lightning headlights any better, worth changing and paying.
2. Is there a way to adapt 2002 Navigator one piece units.
the good thing about the lightning lights(I have them) is that they are clear, not frosted like stock. I just put PIAA extreme white bulbs in and i cant believe how bright they are. I used to have silverstars and was impressd with those, but PIAA is the next level.
I believe if you want the navi lights you are going to have to put the whole navi grill in there, and to do that you might have to do the whole navi front end conversion. Looks cool, but I thinks its pricey.
When I bought my Expy I also looked at a Navi, I loved the interior, but the idea of a Lincoln truck just didn't fit me. I have a Lincoln LS, love it. I glanced at a friend's Navi, IF the light units would fit, they would leave a gap below the lights as they are narrower. I haven't looked at it enough to determine what could fill this gap.
