Turn signals quit working

Turn signals quit working
Last winter, I had the turn signals in my 76 F100 quit working. I ordered a replacement turn signal switch and also swapped out the auto shift column for a no shifter column (I have a 4 speed now). I got it together where the turn signals were working, the Emergency flashers worked and the horn worked when I provided a jumper across the rag joint. The wires were a bit sketchy though, very thin insulation.
A few months later, the turn signals quit working again.
Today I replaced the turn signal switch with a better looking switch from Car Quest. The emergency flashers all work, and the horn works (with the jumper across the rag joint) But the Signals still don't work.
I swapped out the flasher unit for the turn signals from my 79. Both flashers work in the 79, neither work in the 76.
I can't figure out which fuse in the fuse block provide power for the turn signals.
While I was trying to figure out the fuse box, I found that the 7.5A short fuse is a unicorn in 4 places I shopped today. As near as I can tell the Top slot labeled: St. BLT. is for the Seat Belt Buzzer, which I can do without. I do need a 7.5 shorty for my Radio though.
What does Eng Sol do? power to the starter solenoid?
Any idea which fuse if for the turn signals, and also where to get 7.5A short fuses?

1st page post #10 has a fuse diagram for you.
Bottom row of fuse block, 2nd from left is the t/s one.

PROBLEM SOLVED!
I discovered that the B/U 15A fuse was blown. When I replaced it, the Turn Signals and the Backup lights work as normal.
My fuse box has the same number of slots with the same lengths, but is labeled differently than the diagram posted here.
Differences:
On mine, #1 isn't empty instead it's labeled 30A Heater
#3 isn't Heater it's 7.5A Aux Fuel (never has had dual tanks)
#6 isn't Dual Tank Solenoid it's Empty
#9 isn't Turn Signals it's Empty

I'm suppose to have a 7.5 Amp fuse for my radio (same length as the 15a B/U fuse) I'm unclear as to the labels such as AGX and AGW... It looks like it has to do with length. In any case I raided my 79 for the radio fuse because I couldn't find an AGX 7.5 at CarQuest, AutoZone, O'Reileys or Frys. I did a search on line and only found 7A AGXs (not 7.5)
Is there a list of the proper fuse types... and a suggested vendor?
BTW... the B/U - Turn Signal fuse kept blowing. I disconnected the B/U light switch at the transmission, and since then, I've not blown the fuse. I guess I need to begin tracing the B/U light circuit. The fuse doesn't blow immediately, but maybe after 30 min.
Oh yeah and after getting the dash lights working with new LEDs and getting the turn signals straightened out, my starter decided to break. Got that replaced this afternoon.
One issue I'm having with the steering wheel after having replaced the column and turn signal switch, is that it groans a lot especially turning right. I don't mean groaning from the steering pump, I mean like a friction thing. I'm thinking I need to use some kind of Vaseline or Di-electric grease where the horn contact rubs on the steering wheel contact. The ball bearing bushing looked fine and rotates freely?
