Changing Brakes

I have 99 XLT and I was wondering what needs to be removed to take off the caliper. I took out the two pins at the top and bottom of the caliper, but the caliper won't budge, there are two bolts one at the top but I can't really tell if that needs to be romoved. I don't have that size socket to try it right now but is that someothing I need to do or is the caliper just needing alot of prying to get off? Thanks for the help

I think they are 18 mm bolts. Once removed, the whole assembly should easily come apart.
