Inside ceiling bulbs

Want to change bulbs in ceiling. The bulbs for the two clear lens push in lights. I have a 2004 f150 supercab. The storage area behind this panel I have removed. Do you pry the forward panel off? What's the trick? Thanks.

Have you checked your owner's manual for instructions?

Those are called the "Map lights".

It's odd that neither the owner's manual or the shop manual has instructions. They must have assumed it wasn't too difficult if they didn't include anything for the technicians...

Check this video and see if it helps. Skip forward to :55 seconds and see if the shown map light unit is the same. If so, just watch the video.

Lights

Used a screw driver to pry off cover
There are four tabs holding it in place.
Luckily none popped off. New bulbs in
place. Thanks for all the quick replies!😄
