I haven't towed with it yet. Yeah still using the stock housing.
I rarely tow my trailer.. it will probably be a while before I hook anything up to it... but I think it will be better results than stock setup based on the performance emtpy.

Reviving this thread....
After a year and a half of (mostly) reliable service, Charlee needs some work again.
Hpop finally sprung a leak so instead of replacing with one of the cores I've accumulated over the years, I'm just going to bite the bullet and get a CNC Stage 1 unit from Jellibuilt, along with two tunes to replace the hot running Swamps files.
I also got a set of valve seals and will be getting some 910 springs when the CC cools off a little from the HPOP purchase. Not sure if the springs and HPOP will go on at the same time, we'll see.
Still having the same issue with the trans going in and out of OD randomly, still not sure where the issue is with that. I half way want to pop a different PCM in to rule that out. Anyone have one I can borrow?
Other than that, she's been very reliable starting and going. Still very pleased with the KC 300x kit I got, good power and dropped empty EGTs by a hundred or so.

Sounds like some great upgrades! After doing the 180/30’s on mine I can tell my stock HPOP is struggling to keep up with hot tunes. You’ll have to let me know how the new one treats you when you get it put in.
