OK,I've had a really bad couple of weeks and got NOTHING done on my truck. I went and talked with my friend Kenny today and he said I could use his shop in a couple of weeks as he didn't want to see me working on my driveway breaking my *** for no reason, but, there is a catch,I have to help him with a 03 that's coming in first for a full bullet job, so I agreed. Tomorrow I'm going to make ready all the bolts for the cab lift and take out all the non functional stuff to steer it and brake it so that will be all that's left when I get it there and we can pop it off in record time. I though about some extensive mods for horse power and tork but common sense prevailed.I will be putting a 6.7 fuel pump in and a regulated return thou,new lifters and all the newst oring mods and gaskets. I'm going to make myself the ginnie pig for Fel Pro head gaskets and ARP studs. EGR delete by IPR and some custom tunes on the FICM and Livewire.......Which reminds me I got to get mine to Ed so I have it for reassembly. I haven't decided which return to use yet but I'm open for ideas.......
OK, just got done taking inventory on the parts for this job. I know I'm forgetting some thing. Headstuds, gaskets, IPR delete for EGR, orings for injectors and rails, rear plate, ELC antifreeze, new Ford oil cooler, turbo kit, and FICM is going out to Ed when I get it out.......feel free to chime in
Don't forget intake gaskets, fuel line orings and crush washers, pcv oring, intake to front cover donut oring, oil filter stand pipe gasket and adaper oring (if you take it apart).
Lifters, push rods, standpipes, dummy plugs, front and rear cover seals, oil pan gasket, rocker box gaskets, valve cover gaskets, glow plugs/harnesses, upper/lower radiator hoses, drive belt OH and the NEW STC fitting...
Don't forget intake gaskets, fuel line orings and crush washers, pcv oring, intake to front cover donut oring, oil filter stand pipe gasket and adaper oring (if you take it apart).

I got stuck and had to buy a whole oring kit from a dealer to get the, uhm, oring I needed!
Got SCT fitting ,standpipes and dummy plugs. Orings on the way, I forgot to mention I got to get a front cover as the waterpump housing where the pump sits is scored from a bad waterpump bearing problems.
