Yes it does.
I just installed a pioneer touchscreen, with all the goodies, nav, blue tooth DVD and back up camera in my 99.
I'm doing a 04, I just asked this question but no replies, how do you like the Pioneer, does it have Sirius, did it come with the camera, and can you direct me to the how to link ??
Yes my pioneer has Sirius, hd radio and camera.
The process is so simple , really only thing difficult was removing the headlight switch.
I found the you tube video gave me most of the information.
Head light switch is scary, I thought I had broken it, but it seems to be designed to come apparent in 2 pieces.
Small screw driver to pop off the face plate with the **** in one piece.
Then same screw driver to unlatch the rest from the dash, to remove the wire harness.
If you already have an aftermarket deck, the 2 screws above the stock radio are probably already out, mine were.
The dash will pop off with minimal effort ,start from the top .
I had to trim that radio opening just a little for my pioneer.
Use the ford harness adaptor to wire the deck, run the microphone , and the camera .
The dash has a box like enclosure the radio will fit into and out it all back together.
Camera takes the most time, and I am waiting to get a factory handle to mount mine into
What model is your unit, does it play Sirius without a separate Sirius tuner, so your installing the camera in the handle, can you recommend any other spots to mount like license plate frame etc.
Mine is the AVH P3200BT ,not using the Sirius at this time, and I can't really comment on any of the license plate cameras.
I've driven a couple of trucks , with factory camera in tail gate handle, Ford and Dodge, and that seems to be the most practical location to see all that I could or would encounter .
