I want to lift my 02 f250 5.4 manual with 130k. I don't think I'll be happy with a leveling kit and I think a 6" will cause too many problems and it'll be under powered. So I'm leaning toward a 4".
My first problem is I have air lift in the rear.
My second dilemma is to just do blocks or bigger springs???
Air bags won't cause any problems when lifting I have air bags on my truck and lifted it they still work perfect I just took them off did the rear and put them back on just like they were before. As for blocks or springs it really depends on if you want to spend the extra money on the springs all the kits come with blocks then you can add springs to the kit or buy them separately either way it's another few hundred bucks most trucks you see with a lift have blocks in the rear. It looks like your biggest problem is going to be rusty bolts.
