1995 F-150 Rear Stance Question.

I have a 2.5" Rough Country lift on my regular cab short bed 1995 F-150. and it's been on the truck since around 2012. But It doesn't have but a few thousand miles on it because it doesn't get drove all that much. When I first bought the Truck in 2013 it set level, but over the last year or 2 the rear seems to now be lower than the front & I really don't like that look at all. So I'd like to get the rear of the truck back up to the level position. And the lift that's on it keeps the stock springs on the rear, and adds the lift blocks. Since I'm not the most mechanical person I'm not up to speed on all the best ways you can lift a truck, I know about buying a whole Kit but as far as what works best on specific areas I'm definitely in the dark., So with that what would be the best & easiest way to get the rear back up a few inches? Would buying a new set of springs from Rough Country, and then taking off the blocks work? Or maybe putting on some Add-A-Leafs would be the best way to go? And something I just found out about is a Shackle Flip kit, would that be the best bet? I really don't think the Shocks would be worn out because they don't have probably 5,000 miles on them, but they do have age which I guess can cause them to drop down. So any help with this will be greatly appreciated.. Thanks..

An add a leaf will ride really bad. A shackle flip can involve pinion angle adjustments that could be a prob if you're not familiar with that. A set of replacement springs that lift the truck and eliminate the blocks is the best option IMO. The easiest and cheapest option would be adding a set of taller blocks.

PMF makes a very nice block in .5" increments: Ford F-250/350 Fabricated Lift Blocks

The blocks that come with the 2.5" Rough Country kit are 2", and with me just guessing I'd say that a set of 4" blocks would bring it back up even. I wouldn't care if it's a little higher in the back, I'd rather be a little higher in the back than a little lower. What would be the best way to measure the back to get an idea on how many inches I need to go up?
I guess over time the springs - shocks don't hold the back up as high as they did when newer, and that's why it looked level when the lift was first installed. Right now it's not crazy looking lower, but it's enough where I notice it & that's enough for me to want to fix it. I'm going to check on the blocks, and I'll also call Rough Country to see what a new set of the lift springs would cost. They have the 2 different 2.5" kits, the one with the blocks is $399.95 & the kit with the lift springs is $659.95 with the price difference of $260. And with the springs being about the only difference in the two kits, I guess that's probably around what the springs would cost. I know if I was the one who first bought the lift I'd have went with the kit that has the lift springs.

If the lift included a 2.5 inch block to be correct. And you are saying it needs a 4 inch block to be level, then you need to look for brokem springs instead if adding blocks.

I know my truck was sitting about an inch and a half low with a couple broken springs. I'd start inspecting if I were you.
