Correct, but just because the parts are obsolete, doesn't mean that no one has any.
I found multiples of every part NOS (New Old Stock) except for E3TZ-6031-E & E7TZ-6A023-E, but of what I did find, some of these parts were very expensive.
For example, E3TZ-6030-E (6 available NOS) / Last MSRP: $502.32 / Dealer net cost: $334.88
Compare that to the right side: E3TZ-6030-E (that no one has) / Last MSRP: $184.87 / Dealer net cost: $110.92
I told myself if I didn't do the switch I would regret it and I told myself if I did it would be trouble either way I am in the middle of it and there is no stopping now I do have time on my side I would love to be ready for hunting season with my truck but it is not my daily driver . That being said I appreciate all the info and I believe it is an e40d transmission the tranny I have is two wheel drive I am in the process of converting the tail shaft as to accomadate my transfer case I have a manual fuel pump so the only fuel transfer is lines and sending units however I am thinking of running something other than steel lines thinking I could run them easier and less maintenance but I am not that far yet once I get the motor bolted in I will get it running and then go from there this seems to be my first obstacle . I am an incredibly good fabricator so if I cannot find what I need I suppose with the right specs I will just make it 😃
i wouldnt say noone has these, they are out there.
making them are an option, but personally id rather find a set.
i bought 2 sets for 100 bucks locally on CL.
heres a teaser..lol
i need them, but you get the jist.
also, heres a few pics of a bronco i just tore apart, you can see the rear 2 pieces that are riveted, that need to come out.
and a pic of my 87 F350 with the lower pads mounted on the cross member, this is what youre looking to achieve.
Yes I have the motor mounts and I read your first comment again and it seems that It does go right in the cross member so I should be good.. Are you putting a diesel in your bronco ?

what, you dont like the 10 tone?
paint is the furthest thing from my mind right now.
So I stopped off at my buddy's house and he handed me a bin full of wires a computer fuse panels harness's and ect . I was switching to avoid all the electronic bullcrap and now I'm in for more then I had before . Apperantly I need all of this to control the transmission or it will not shift and I cannot find those brackets anywhere I did see what I am missing . Diesel stuff is very hard to find in a junk yard and well you guys know the rest I suppose I will keep ( plugging ) away at it and hopefully I will be satisfied with the end result
