I've got 59K on the clock and booked my truck for Monday morning at the Dealer. I'm just hoping they actually get the issue after a cold soak overnight, as it is pretty hit or miss as to when the rattle occurs, and I have yet to throw a code.

Come back and tell us how things go at the dealer, DZ. I'll monitor this thread to see if you need assistance following your appointment.
Took the truck to the dealer last night, and upon startup today, the rattle occurred, so the Dealer is going to perform TSB 15-0131, new timing chain, and new phasers. Parts are on back order, so they will call me when the parts are in to complete the work.
I've got ~1000 miles till the warranty expires, so I'm glad they caught it now and not in a month or so. Apparently the warranty date goes by when the parts are ordered, so I will be covered even if I'm over 60k when I bring it back in.

Thank you for the update, dziskovs! I'm going to connect you with your regional customer service manager, who'll work with you and your dealer to come to a solution. Please send me a PM with your full name, phone number, VIN, and the dealership you're working with.
Took the truck in Monday for replacing the timing chain and phasers as I was traveling on business, planning to pick the truck up Saturday... Called the dealer this afternoon(Friday) and they were still working on it. Service manager told me they booked 20 hours to do the job and they already had 34 hrs on it. He said they had it torn down almost to the lower end. I'm stopping by the dealer when I get back to town tomorrow to see how far torn down it is. Service manager said they would probably be done by Tuesday.
Really not sure how I feel about keeping the truck after the repair.
That's it for now, I'll try to get a couple pictures at the dealer tomorrow if I can.

Sounds like the tech hasn't done one of these before. It's a 9.1-hour job if I remember right.

Why wouldn't you keep it? I'd be excited it was fixed while still under warranty!

Service manager said its only the 2nd one to come through this dealer, but I would rather they take their time and get it done right then do a rush job.
And I am ecstatic that it happened under warranty and I'm not paying for it, just wondering what is next to go.

The additional rub here WOULD be if the job as Tom stated is 9.1 hours and the dealer takes over that and tries to bill you for any labor above what ford says it should take.
I wouldn't dump the truck either, your major issues are already solved with new parts and a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty.
Agreed, but I would fight the extra labor charges to no end if they did do that. The dealer I'm working with has treated me right so far, and I've had good experience with them doing what they say they will do. We are a 3-Ford family (Fusion, Boss 302, and F150), so I'm already loyal to a fault lol.
