Yea I put new cables and batteries shortly after getting the truck. I'm sure that was the reason.
Ok so the ICP has no oil in it. I do plan to replace the harness/connector bc it's wire tied on currently (likely issue, I'm sure).

I just wanted to ask, bc sometimes along w the SES light showing up the truck is slower to start.
I just wondered if it was be cause the injector pressure was low for some reason, but not all the time. It's not only when it's been sitting either, so I don't think it's an oil thickness issue.

Do you know the model? The diesel shop says $400 but I can get a CTS 83830 on Amazon for $250 and it'll handle +55hp via Internet downloads.

Well "I know" was probably not the correct way to put that. I am under the impression that there aren't as many options for them, but I'm still not caught up on what is and what is not different about the e99 and the 99-03's
