Ok so I purchased this B&W hitch from somebody who told me it fits 1999-2010 ford f250s. He also said he pulled it off a 2003 f250 powerstroke. It looked like the right one at first glance so I bought it, but upon close inspection and comparing it to the ford installation instructions, this is different. Can anybody tell me what vehicle these brackets fit? or its updated version for the ford. I can't seem to find anything. I have tried calling B&W they were closed so no help there. I have installed 2 of the ford hitches before so I know how they bolt together. anyways let me know thanks
I guess I need to be more clear, I have 1999 f250 and I bought this gooseneck hitch for my truck I was under the impression it was the 1108 model but it's not can anyone tell what model this is or what year of truck this made for?
In going to b and w web site and going to parts breakdown. It does look like the correct bracket. Go to site and see if they sent all the parts. There is good instructions on that page specific to their install.
Ok so I finally figured out which model of hitch this is. This is the 1199r. It does fit fords 1999 and newer. I guess they have two models that fit the 1999. The other model is 1108. Just thought I would update this. thanks
