Radiator Question - replacement is bigger

Replacing the radiator as part of my engine rebuild/transmission swap (240CID/C4 auto transmission).
Radiator showed to be a "direct" fit for my setup.
New radiator passenger side mounting holes are about 3 inches further out than old (no issue in terms of opening on radiator support and ability to mount it);
Core on new one is 22.5. Core on old one is 18.5.
Height the same.
From left mount to top hose on new one is 9".
From left mount to top honse on old is 7".
From left mounting holes to bottom hose on new one is 21".
From left mounting holes to bottom hose on old one is 17".
New radiator is same thickness.
Do I keep it and hope I can find some hoses that will work?
I like the extra cooling capacity.

At 22.5" that' more than a Ford 19 3/4" F100/250 A/T and A/C radiator but less than a F350 24 1/4" one.

I could not find any radiators that were equivalent measurements with the trans cooler. I would like to find that 19 inch radiator you are referencing.

If you can get the radiator plumbed up, the larger size will be better (bigger heat sink). The thermostat will regulate the water temp.

1967/72 F100/350:

C7TZ-16138-A .. Radiator Support-Use with standard/xtra cooling & A/C radiators = 26 1/4" wide by no more than 19 3/4" high / Obsolete

C7TZ-16138-B .. Radiator Support-Use with Super Cooling Radiator only = 26 1/4" wide x 24 1/4" high / Obsolete

I am leaning towards keeping the radiator. The lower hose is probably going to be the bigger challenge. The top hose not so much as the it comes straight up from the thermostat housing. I know there are multiple versions of the lower hose at the parts store.
I can simply drill and tap to mount holes on the passenger side for the radiator.
Don't think I will be seeking another radiator mount.

If the hose nipples are in the correct spot and the correct diameter I'd keep it. Then looking how the lower hose is shaped, knowing the aftermarket hoses are usually molded a tad longer than necessary for a given application, Try one of the two applications I put on post #2.

At one point, I wanted to install an FE engine (wish I had now).
Got so much money in it now, gotta see it through to the bitter end.
Well so much money for me. Not anywhere near what some of the guys and gals here spend on engine/tranny swaps.

Did this turn out to be a good radiator for you? I have a '67 ford truck and I need a radiator replacement. Could you order it directly from TSM?
