I've got a '66 F100 that is missing the arm from the column that engages the park/neutral safety switch. I can feel the hole with my finger where it belongs. Does anyone have one from a spare column they would be willing to part with?
Tom, Don't know how much it matters to you, but I didn't include it in my 66 conversion. AFAIK the only difference is my truck will start regardless of where the gear selector is pointed.
Thanks for the reply, John. I bypassed the switch on my old '65 F250 years ago when the switch started acting up. I thought about bypassing this one as well but I'm setting it up for my daughter to drive and wanted to get the switch functional.
