I like it, if you have the metal dash section the whole thing could be cut into the F1 dash if there is enough room on the left side.

Really nice dash. Would look great in the truck. I picked this dash up and planning on using on my Model A project, but I don't know if I can make it work. It's from a '49 Ford passenger car. We should start a thread of unusual dashes. I think they are so cool.

I hear ya! I love old gauge clusters and dashboards.

That Merc cluster would look good in a truck

I've been going back and forth trying to come up with what I want to do about my gauges, I don't mind the stock gauges, but the fuel gauge isn't going to work with my sender, and who knows if the other gauges are going to work properly. I really don't like the aftermarket gauges for 51-52's. And I figure the truck is never going to be show quality, and with all the add on's of later year parts, it's not origina nor will it ever be. So why not cut out the 2 openings and install a different cluster? I keep looking for the perfect cluster, I like the 64 cluster, first I need to see if parts are still available for it!

I have a Mercury cluster just like the OP's, wanted to use it in my COE but because of it's size and shape I couldn't get it to work.
So I used a 49-50 Ford car dash, like above. Lot's of fab work involved, but I'm happy with the result.

Saw this at a Goodguys show. I think he said it's a 56 Ford Fairlane dash in a 56 F100.

Tinman, great minds think a like !! It came out really nice. Don't know if I can make mine work in the Model A, but I'll have to section it to make it narrower and that's just the beginning. We'll see. Great thread guys...keep it going.
