I bought another cluster from a guy in Canada, it is in beautiful original condition. Then swapped in some gauges that are more compatible. The speedo even works!

I've been going back and forth trying to come up with what I want to do about my gauges, I don't mind the stock gauges, but the fuel gauge isn't going to work with my sender, and who knows if the other gauges are going to work properly. I really don't like the aftermarket gauges for 51-52's. And I figure the truck is never going to be show quality, and with all the add on's of later year parts, it's not origina nor will it ever be. So why not cut out the 2 openings and install a different cluster? I keep looking for the perfect cluster, I like the 64 cluster, first I need to see if parts are still available for it!

I am not going to use the dash in my 51 like i said before i have everything from one door to the other even the wiring harness-1 was told that everything works and it is 12 volt the dash on the 51 f1 is about 48 in the merc dash is about 50-51 in yes i will sell it-i just have not come up with a price yet--nobody will have a dash like this in their truck bob 5740 @ verizon.net
