Random no start issue

First of all, thanks for he replies. Tonight, I ran the trouble codes and I got a p1105 upper generator fault code, would this contribute to my random no start issue? I am assuming I need a new alternator? I have no other alternator/battery symptoms other than the code and the battery light in the dash stayed on for a few seconds after I started it tonight. Suggestions??? Thanks again.
