I do. You got the units wrong. It should be "gallons" rather than "quarts".

Love the idea, but I'm in the same boat. After hearing "only" 16.5 for Rodney I googled it, 14:45 for me, about 950 miles.


Wife has never, ever been on a long car ride. We leave September 11 for a 5 hour ride into the Virginia mountains along 81, and then December 26 for 16 hours to Carl's neck of the woods in Florida. We'll see how she does. Then maybe cross this bridge.

Bladder training was the biggest issue I had breaking the wife in for road tripping.

Ok Roy I'll post here so can keep up to date as to what is going on for the get together. Not sure right now but will know more this winter as to if we can make it. It's our anniversary week. Must check with wife. But it is a 50/50 with me as a plus.
