Standrock is a very nice campground if you are looking for something nice. Some sites have full service, others just water and electric.

You would need to reserve sites at that time of year.

Yogi Bear and state parks in the area too. All would need reservations.

Roy, shame to drive to WI with your huge camper and not see Door County WI. Door County is very nice, Wagon Trail is a super campground.

I spend lots of weekends each year walking the trails at Mirror Lake State Park. Ishnala Supper Club is in the park and overlooks Mirror Lake. Special place. Devil's lake is the most visited state park in Wisconsin. All three of these are winners. Yogi Bear is just outside Mirror Lake. Dell's is the water park capital of the US (that's what they claim).

Bruce, thanks for your input !
I don't have a F/W so I will have to find a place to stay, or drive home.
Either is fine with me at my age.

Should we look for a campground with camper cabins? I just took a quick look at mirror lake site map and didn't see any, but I may have missed it.....

Proposed Location.......

Hey Guys.........

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp - Resort - Wisconsin Dells -

The state parks look great.......but: No hookups or just 20amp electric.

JellyStone looks fun.........Cabins....Full hookup sites....elect & water sites.....Tent sites.....
Water fun for the kids and Granddads......... ( we will have Theresa with us)
Mini Golf........

$49 per night.........

We are looking at 5 July arrive........11 July leave

I could call them and see about discounts.........

Of Course....Not everyone has to stay at the same place.....We can gather at one place or another......do dinners together.......

I'd be fine with that. If any of my friends/family come down they will have younger kids that would appreciate the finer things....lol.
What kind of lead time do they allow? Was on the jellystone site earlier, was saying not available for everything, but may not be reserving this far out...
KOAs are usually very nice, bit expensive, but no big deal.
