I'm replacing an egr cooler on a 2005 F250. I pulled out the air box and discovered this hole that nothing was in. While unplugging a sensor I found this unplugged connector that I'm not sure what it goes to. Any help would be great.
I included a link to the google search for what i wrote in the first line of my reply. Click on it and you will see what you need to stick in the hole.
No, that's half the question. Still a mystery on that six prong connector. To me that's not help. Nothing from nothing is still nothing
check codes, look for something thats not plugged in.
ie, move the plug around and see where it can reach.
it obviously cant be plugged into something it cant reach.

He answered the question about the hole in the air box . And your question was about " this connector " not " these connectors " perhaps you shouldn't be so vague when asking questions.
In the interest of clearing the air and getting this thread back on track:
The hole in your air cleaner housing should have an "air intake restriction indicator" stuck in it. That is what I included a search link to, I was not instructing you to search - I was telling you that the link is a search link to that part name, showing you pictures of what you are missing. It is troublesome to not have that connected because you will be sucking unfiltered air into the turbo through that hole. That is a very bad thing.
Here are some pictures of what should be plugged into what.
