The FPR screen is on the side of the fuel bowl attached to the FPR . It is used to remove the Air from the fuel system as the fuel returns to the tank . Your fuel pressure will read low if it is plugged . Clean it & retest . The fuel pressure readings are based on the pressure as the fuel returns to the tank .
THe next cheap test should be the ICP sensor on the driver side head ( next to the lifting ring ) . Its a 3 wire sensor . Un plug the connector & look to see if there is oil on it . If it is oily, replace the sensor . You can also run temporarily with it unpluged for a test .
I re read , I see that was in the first post sorry . 1280 relates to the HP oil pressure . If you can , we need to see some real time data. ICP , IPR dc .
