I'd cut out that wheel arch repair panel because the next bed you get will likely need it.

For sure, I cut those out and saved the tailgate since it is in good shape.

I'm keeping the red interior but I'm not repainting it silver. I would really like to find the original like fabric for the seat inserts.

This one here spent the first part of it's life in New Mexico until it found it's way here to Ohio at some point. I got lucky with this find.
